To utilize the muscle recovery bath salts, simply add 1-2 cups into warm bath water or an ice bath. The salts will dissolve completely in the water.

Immerse yourself in the bath for a duration of 20 minutes, allowing the valuable minerals to penetrate the skin and alleviate any muscle soreness.

For foot soaks, fill a sizable bowl with warm water and pour in 1 cup of the muscle recovery bath salts. Soak your feet for 20 minutes to experience their soothing effects.

WARM COMPRESS

Begin by dissolving 1 cup of Soma Soak bath salts in a generous amount of warm water within a large bowl. Submerge a washcloth into the mixture, ensuring it absorbs the solution, and then gently wring out any excess water.

Apply the dampened washcloth directly to the areas of your body with sore muscles. Keep it in place until the washcloth loses its warmth.

For optimal results, repeat this process 2 or 3 times, allowing the washcloth to provide relief by reducing pain and swelling in the affected muscles.

SKIN 
EXFOLIATION

Combine a handful of Soma Soak bath salts with your preferred body oil or wash.

Gently massage the mixture onto your skin, allowing the salts to exfoliate and remove dry skin, unveiling a smoother and healthier complexion.
