Begin by dissolving 1 cup of Soma Soak bath salts in a generous amount of warm water within a large bowl. Submerge a washcloth into the mixture, ensuring it absorbs the solution, and then gently wring out any excess water.
Apply the dampened washcloth directly to the areas of your body with sore muscles. Keep it in place until the washcloth loses its warmth.
For optimal results, repeat this process 2 or 3 times, allowing the washcloth to provide relief by reducing pain and swelling in the affected muscles.

EXFOLIATION
Combine a handful of Soma Soak bath salts with your preferred body oil or wash.
